"Mishmash" from The Flash #282 (February 1980) is advertised to appear in Super Heroes #4. That series was retitled from Super Heroes after issue #3 and published as Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes (Federal, 1983 series) #4 (including "Mishmash").
