Nick suspects the inks may be the work of Steve Mitchell, who inked Kane in Marvel Team-Up # 4. Nick explains that the inking here looks more detailed and different that other Giordano inked covers. Mitchell was Giordano's assistant for a time and worked for Continuity, so this may either be an all Mitchell ink job (the inking does look similar to his work on Marvel Team-Up) or Mitchell assisting Giordano.
