Synopsis

Larry buys flowers from a flower girl near Dinah's shop, but has them taken away by the girl who gives them to another man, who promptly is killed. When Black Canary gets involved in the case, she discovers that the murdered man and an inventor have created a flashlight, termed the Photon Smasher, which hypercharges light rays and operates like a miniature atom smasher.
