Synopsis
Nina is a spoiled rich girl who attends a fancy boarding school. One night, she swims across the lake without permission and has to be rescued by Bob, the gardener’s son on a nearby estate. As Bob is driving her home, they’re involved in an auto accident in which Bob is injured and another man dies. Bob conceals Nina’s presence. A year later, Nina sees Bob has opened a garden supplies store in town. With her father’s money, Nina opens a rival store but it goes bankrupt; Bob helps her pay off the creditors and learn about business. They fall in love and marry.

Synopsis
Factory worker Kay is looking for “somebody older. Somebody with money,” and begins to date her middle-aged boss Philip. He promotes her to secretary, but when Philip tries to set her up in an apartment as his mistress and says he’s not going to marry her, Kay breaks up with him. She later meets Paul, Philip’s grown son, and he proposes marriage to her. Philip tries to break up the romance but Kay confesses everything to Paul and it doesn’t matter to him.

Synopsis
Virginia is a dress model for Poppa Sam, who refuses to let his employees date buyers, but she does so anyway. She reserves her affection for elevator operator Bernie, who disapproves of her dates with other men. Virginia is fired when her boss finds out and can’t get another job. Buyer Allan invites her to a party at his lodge, but she learns she’s the only guest. With Bernie’s help, Virginia escapes his lecherous advances. Bernie becomes a fashion designer and marries Virginia. She warns other models: “dates for good times alone never compare with dates for true love.”
