- Goujon, ein Spion für die Nordstaaten-Armee, bringt eine Nachricht aus Kanada. Ein alter Goldgräber aus Alabama, will sein Gold den Konföderierten vermachen. Diese durchquerten die Front und näherten sich bereits Quebec. Es galt zu verhindern, dass sie ihre Hände auf dieses Gold legen konnten. Vom Generalstab entsand, machen sich Chesterfield und Blutch als Prospektoren verkleidet an die Verfolgung des alten Gönners.
