- Synopsis
- National Museum employee Harvey Pondexter finds "inhuman" bones that had been hidden away by the previous curator, Milos Fortier. Tired with being ignored, Harvey seeks to use them to gain fortune and glory. Harvey attempts to kill Indiana and Marion when they interfere. After almost being killed, Indiana tells Marion that he loves her. Pondexter falls to his death off of a building.

- Synopsis
- Indiana and Jock have a run-in with Japanese forces while taking pictures of the Aleutian Islands. Indiana is reunited with Katanga in Panama. Indiana, Katanga and the crew of the Bantu Wind find the Temple of Chung Hua but are soon confronted by pirates led by Emeralda Vasquez. After Rudolfo kils McWerty, Katanga is forced to obey Emeralda. Emeralda has Indiana buried up to his neck in sand and left to await the coming tide.

- Synopsis
- Escaping, Katanga saves Indiana from the tide and they destroy the Temple of Chung Hua to save Katanga's men. Hiroto, informed of an explosion by his men, unwittingly saves them from Emeralda's pirates. Emeralda dies trying to destroy the Bantu Wind. Indiana returns to Marshall College and is told by Marcus that Marion has left after receiving a letter from her father.

- Indiana goes after Marion, who has received a letter from Bill Kershaw stating that her father was still alive. Kershaw tells her that her father had been looking for Ra-Lundi when he "died". Indiana and Marion steal the Map Medallion that leads to Ra-Lundi from McIver and LaFonte.

- Synopsis
- Indiana and Marion make it to Ra-Lundi and meet Chen Sha. Upon learning that they are to be sacrificed to sasquatch-like creatures, Indiana and Marion escape with the help of the Man in the Mask, who they suspect has a connection to Abner. The Man in the Mask destroys Ra-Lundi. McIver and LaFonte apparently die when caught between the people of Ra-Lundi and the creatures. Returning to National Museuem, Indy and Marion are told by Marcus that the Arnhem Ring has been determined a fake and that he is being replaced as curator.
