Synopsis
Elsa is paranoid that someone will find her husband's body in the walk-in freezer in the basement. When Tracy comes to investigate their high electricity bill, Elsa locks him in the freezer and sets the house on fire. Elsa flees with the help of Tin-Cup Joe, a professional beggar who fakes being blind, but has a darker secret.
