Synopsis
The Beyonder sets up a giant base of operations in Sparta, Illinois and begins his new career as a champion of life. Dave, a local journalist, becomes his new right-hand man. The Beyonder begins acting heroically and even gets some advice from Cap and Mr. Fantastic on his new role. Dave convinces the Beyonder that the best way to champion life is to abolish Death and the Beyonder agrees. With Death now dead, nothing can grow or die and the Molecule Man arrives to chew the Beyonder out for making life meaningless. The Beyonder relents and turns Dave into a new incarnation of Death.
