Synopsis
Tiny is challenged by a 90-pound weakling named Percy, who takes special pills every 12 hours for his tremendous strength. However, these special pills were stolen by an evil professor, who feeds them to animals, forcing Carnie to also take some of the pills in order to bring order back to the circus and clean up the mess left behind.
