Synopsis
Tony Stark is on trial at the Hague for Iron Man's destruction of the Russian village of Volstok. Scientist Ivan Vanko develops a suit of armor with whips and plans his revenge, no matter what the outcome of the trial may be.

Ivan Vanko is mistakenly called "Anton" thoughout this issue. Anton Vanko was the name of the original Crimson Dynamo, though no connection between the characters was made in this series.
