Synopsis
Zartan hijaks President Rumanapar's plane, sparing his life in exchange for not easing trade restrictions. He and the Baroness meet, and he acquires a lady friend. He kills a man who hits on her and attacks him. He flashes back to his childhood. He was harassed by the police. In present day, he becomes the guinea pig for the M.A.R.S. teleportation experiment. He is supposed to kill Mandrilobus, but disappears.
