Synopsis
Colonal Zoltam of a small island nation has requested America's help to put down a rebellion, which has American flyers' support. Captain Wings is sent, and discovers that one of the flyers is his old comrade, Griper. He discovers that Zoltram's story is a cover for the crimes of a budding dictatorship, and must intervene to prevent tyranny.
