With twenty-four hours to decide, Peter and Mary Jane finally decide to take the deal. Mephisto shows the Parkers their unborn daughter who would have been born if the two had stayed together. The world goes black. Peter wakes up in house with Aunt May making breakfast downstairs. He heads off to a party but things seem a little chilly between Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson.
