- Synopsis
- Using a matter disruptor to terrorize Mega City 1 with, Welch Logan demands the release of his brother, Whitey, from Devil's Island and Judge Dredd to be handed over to him. Dredd plays along and wins out by turning the matter disruptor on Welch. Whitey returns to prison, vowing vengeance.
