Synopsis
Mickey and the nephews are vacationing at the beach when a seal takes over their bathtub. The seal causes Mickey all sorts of problems. When Mickey is kidnapped by a bank robber named Big Duke, (who looks exactly like Black Pete), the seal brings the police to save him.
