This is a reworking of the cover gag for Mighty Mouse (St. John, 1947 series) #8 (December 1948), which featured Mighty Mouse on a movie theatre screen frightening an entire audience-full of fleeing cats. The progression of Mighty Mouse from theatrical short subject to television staple is noted by these covers in tandem.
Black and white on inside front cover.
