Synopsis

Synopsis
In order to promote their product, zoot suit manufacturers pay Li'l Abner a pittance to repeatedly risk his life while wearing a zoot suit. He becomes wildly popular, and so do the suits. Makers of traditional clothing briefly spring Li'l Abner's double Gat Garson from Alcatraz so he can commit mayhem, masquerading as Li'l Abner, while wearing a zoot suit. Sales collapse and the public goes back to traditional styles.

Synopsis

Daisy Mae is then imprisoned by an artist until Li'l Abner comes to the rescue. Dumpington tries to kill Li'l Abner, only to be caught in a trap of his own making.

Synopsis
Roundheels, who longs to join the Gourmets' Club, needs a hammus alabammus to create the world's most succulent dish. Learning that the Yokums have the last such specimen in Salomey the Pig, he hires the Scraggs to bury them under a landslide, then steals the pig. Joe Btfsplk jinxes his plans and rescues Salomey, then causes a flood that frees the Yokums. Roundheels has himself boiled down to a single drop, taking the place of the hammus alabammus, and joins the Gourmet's Club posthumously.

Synopsis
Seeking the sole copy of a Fearless Fosdick comic book, Li'l Abner finds the owner in El Passionato, waiting for execution. Learning that only the dictator can pardon Felix, Li'l Abner incites the local girls to revolt in his favor, promising he will make their lethargic men take daily trips to breathe the more vigorous air of El Tabasco. Once the revolution is over, Felix pardoned, the men recharged, the girls satisfied, and the comic obtained, he resigns as dictator.

Synopsis
Uncle Future, whose visions always come true, predicts that Li'l Abner will shortly be married. In order to avoid such a horrible fate, Li'l Abner takes an oath to do only what perennial bachelor Fearless Fosdick would do. In a chance encounter with the Fosdick cartoonist, Daisy Mae vents her rage, and he decides that for the sake of American girls, Fosdick must marry. When he does, the horrified Li'l Abner has to follow suit. When Fosdick's marriage turns out to be be a dream, Li'l Abner assumes that his is too. But Mammy informs him he is hopelessly, permanently married.
