Anti-Drug giveaway comic.

There are four versions of this issue containing 20 pages. These are listed as variants. There are an additional four that contain the same story but add extra pages of advertising. These can be found by following the reprint links below. Comparisons of all eight are as follows:

- The 1990 FBI first printing indicia says "Vol. 1, No. 1, 1990", lists James E. Galton as President, says "Printed in the U.S.A.", and includes the text "NYSALU logo is a servicemark of the New York State Association of Life Underwriters".
- The 1990 FBI second printing indicia is identical to the first printing except it also says "2ND PRINTING".
- The 1990 NYSALU indicia is identical to the first printing.
- The 1990 NYSALU/Guardian indicia says "Vol. 1, No. 1, 1990", lists Terry Stewart as President, says "Printed in the U.S.A.", and has removed the "NYSALU" text.
- The 1991 Waldbaum's Foodmart indicia says "Vol. 1, No. 1, 1991", lists Terry Stewart as President, and says "Printed in Canada".
- The 1991 Gitano/Venture indicia is identical to the Waldbaum's Foodmart variant.
- The 1992 Pioneer indicia has not yet been visually verified.
- The 1992 Farmer Jack/A&P indicia says "Vol. 1, No. 1, 1992", "GST #R127032852", "Printed in the U.S.A.", and mentions the Marvel Comics Custom Publishing Department.

There is no copyright record for the first printing. There is a copyright record for one of the two issues indicating a 1991 copyright (Waldbaum's or Gitano/Venture).

- The 1990 NYSALU/Guardian front cover has a banner at the top that says "Produced in cooperation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the New York State Association of Life Underwriters and The Guardian" and has a logo on the left center for The Guardian.
