Synopsis
Jailbait is frustrated by Max's newfound morality. Armadale takes him on a tour of the city to see what's become of it since The Plutonian turned. Max is only partly successful in breaking up a domestic-hostage standoff, where he learns that the mad scientist known as Origin is experimenting with making people superhuman again.
