This is Greene, identified by rather small heads with rounded features and chin, and the way people stand as hinged at the hip, like on page 4. Barrel torsos with arms and legs stuck to it, and the very typical female with wide chest and narrow waist as on last page. Also the mother running with arm outstretched at top of page one is a Green specialty. Compare with his many stories in Mystery in Space where all this is carried even further.
