For the statue shown in panel 2 of page 4 the Batman and Robin figures have been lifted from the Fred Ray/Jerry Robinson cover of Batman #9 (February-March 1942), and the Superman figure (reversed, and with the cape position redrawn) from the cover of Superman #53 (July-August 1948), by Wayne Boring/Stan Kaye.
