Synopsis
In 1932, Dr. Phineas Quayle creates a time machine to travel into the future to find a solution to the Great Depression. Quayle arrives in the 1960s but becomes disillusioned by the troubled times and blames superheroes for the plight of the country. Quayle renames himself Dr. Anomaly and battles the JLA using time distortion inventions. He is defeated but escapes by traveling into the future, eventually arriving in 1985.
