Synopsis

The battle between Prometheus and Red Arrow from Justice League: Cry for Justice #5 is shown, as Roy has his right arm cut off. When he is finally revived, he learns that Lian was killed during Prometheus' attack on Star City. He turns to drugs to ease the pain.
