Synopsis
General Hawk reads a final report from Chuckles.

In the report, Chuckles talks about his childhood, which led to him joining the army. He talks to Hawk, and says his real talent is for seeing what will break them. He warns of more violence to come.

General Hawk closes down the base and talks to Chameleon. He tells her she can't get out, no matter what she wants.
