Issue Notes

The original issues didn't specify who did which creative tasks between Mark Wheatley and Marc Hempel. 20 years later, the afterword of this volume finally identifies who did what... for the most part. Kathryn (Mayer) Mix started assisting with letters with the 4th issue, then colors as well with #5, but her exact contributions are not known.
