Synopsis
Storm Shadow is apparently confirmed dead and Dr. Mindbender saves his remains for his DNA. Cobra agents remind the U.S. it's in their best interests to open relations with Cobra, or the island could be used by their enemies to hit the U.S.. Zartan makes an escape attempt after Doc finds who he truly is after a blood test is done (and Ripcord's call to the base while under Dreadnok watch), but he's stopped by new recruit Sgt. Slaughter. The Jugglers tell Hawk that Cobra Island is now off limits to the Joes.
