Per information from the NY Superior Court hearing, December 1941, Ace art director, Fred Gardener, stated that Pat Lamar's studio provided all of the artwork for this issue, as well as 20 pages of script, and lettering and new logos. Lamar's studio did not provide coloring. Lamar's bill was dated 6 June 1940. Lamar stated that his only artwork for Ace were corrections requested by the art director.

Art revision from Harry Lucey to ? by Craig Delich. The Who's Who disputes that Lucey ever worked on this feature and no extant evidence exists that proves otherwise (the Who's Who only credits Lucey on Lash Lightning for Ace Publications).
Art previously credited to George Appel?, but the style is completely different to the signed Corporal Flint story in the previous issue.
