Synopsis
The Shade and Ted discuss the goings-on in Opal since Jack left, including the actions of the O'Dares, Bobo and Commissioner Woo. Sadie is approached by the ghost of the Black Pirate who is looking for Jack. The issue ends with the death of one of Jack's underworld contacts and Commissioner Woo, foreshadowing troubles to come.
