Meanwhile, Dilton tinkers with the ATM and causes it to spit out money. The bank president realizes computers can be wrong and gives Mr. Andrews the loan.

Apparently, the Defense Department told him to get ahead of schedule on widget production and to paint the factory pink to cheer up the workers. Then, the Labor Department told him to remove the paint because at above 120 degrees, the paint gives off an odor harmful to lab monkeys. Then, he is told not to wash it off because the chemical could enter the city water supply. Instead, it has to be scraped off by hand and stored in metal drums.
