Notes:
Publisher for Federal Men Comics #2. Gerard founded in 1941 by Ake Bonnier, who was also at the time the founder and President of the Albert Bonnier Publishing House, the American division of the Swedish House of Bonnier. They published 8 issues of Who: The Magazine About People starting in March of 1941. They do not seem of the be the same as the Gerard Publishing Company from the 1960s and later.
Some sort of relationship exists between this publisher and DC Comics.
