Synopsis
As the Martian Manhunter recruits aliens that have made earth their home, the Advance Man unleashes a unique radiation that changes certain people in San Francisco into monsters. This is the last step in the Advance Man's plan, as Plura comes to earth and starts to give birth to her race into the transformed humans.
