In the battle, all the Metal Men both old and new are destroyed. After the battle, Dr. Magnus is able to re-build the original 6 Metal Men plus Copper, but they have been upgraded and re-designed, giving them a new look.

The mystery female villain who has been lurking in the shadows in previous issues is revealed to be Mother Machine, who was previously seen in Blackhawks (2011 series).
