Notes
This series is a well produced reprinting of several G.A. key issues. The series started with a reprinting of Air Fighters Comics #2. This issue was not called Comic Reprints in its indicia, but it was advertised as an issue of Comic Reprints in "in-house" ads for the series in issues [8] - [11]. It was obviously published before the final name for the series was decided upon.

The entire run in assumed publication order follows:

[1]. Airfighters Comics #2 (indicia title); Air Fighters Comics #nn (#2) (cover title)
[2]. Whiz Comics #nn (#2 on inside, this was the first issue released to the public)
[3]. All-Star Comics #3
[4]. Silver Streak Comics #1
[5]. Police Comics #1
[6]. Uncle Sam Quarterly #nn (#1)
[7]. Blackhawk #9 (#1)
[8]. Silver Streak Comics #6
[9]. Hit Comics #1
[10]. Wow Comics #nn (#1)
[11]. Plastic Man #nn (#2)

There were plans announced to publish Smash Comics #1 and Crack Comics #1, but they never were released.

The publication dates are as follows: [1] is dated 1973 in the indicia, [2] is 1973 or 1974, [3] - [6] are 1974, [7] is 1974 or 1975, and [8] - [11] are 1975.

These dates were ascertained through a bit of detective work and some help from emails Don Maris wrote in 2004. Don had no positive recollection of the printing order, but he remembered some things that helped. Also helpful were 2 Bud Plant catalogs. The June 1974 Bud Plant catalog lists [1] - [6] for sale; [7] - [9] were then in the June 1975 catalog; [10] and [11] were not listed for sale in either, but Don Maris stated in an email that all issues were published before, "The Best of...Captain Marvel" which had a 1975 copyright date stated on its inside front cover. Other clues come from these Don Maris email quotes, "I bought the All Star #3 at the 1974 Seuling NY Comic Con AND I sold Whiz 1 at that show for $2600.00." & "Alan Light had a written agreement with us that he would get to reprint certain comics and we would get to reprint others. He went against that agreement and put out Hit before we did and we went ahead immediately and printed it ourselves and advertised it." Similarities in advertisements also aided in deciding the order.

Don Maris also stated in 2004:
"All our reprints were printed at the same printer in Dallas. I owned most of these comics and that was where we got them. The Police has a funny kind of S mark on my copy that came out on the cover of the reprint. I bought Police 1 from Bruce Hamilton for $150.00 in 1969. We were also suppose to reprint Military 1 but Light again went against the agreement".
