Synopsis
Convinced by Linda that this entire transformation debacle is a PR disaster, Wally and Bart contact Ted Barton, a PR wizard. He schedules cross-country, back-to back interviews for them so the speedsters can explain their side of the story. But the two keep getting distracted or interrupted by various criminals and disasters.
