The interior artwork comprises reprints of panels from various Silver Surfer stories. Therefore, it is difficult to determine all of the artists. Most of the artwork comes from Jack Kirby, with some panels also from John Buscema, Ron Lim, and Tom Grindberg. The original dialogue for the panels is intact, along with new text boxes.
