Synopsis
Sally and Maureen have to deal with a new nurse in training, Joyce Trent. When pop singer Thomas Mitchell is admitted to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy, all three of them fall under his charms as he recovers from surgery.
Sally's skills at comforting patients is put to the test when a footballer suffers a possible career-ending injury and loses his girl to a rival player.

Synopsis
Sally and Maureen are assigned to the children's ward where Sister Diane Grierson is in charge. Sister Grierson is aloof and detached except when she's around children. But her reserve is broken when Anthony Vane's daughter is admitted to the ward.

Synopsis
One of Sally's patients has lost the will to live and the senior staff are worried that he won't survive his next operation. When they notice that he seems to light up when Sally is attending him, they ask her to encourage his feelings toward her to give him a reason for living. He survives the operation, and the handsome, wealthy patient presses Sally to marry him. Sally is afraid if she refuses, he will have a relapse.
The Gearmen are the most popular pop group in the country and when their vehicle is involved in an accident, Sally has to deal with them and their throng of fans. Further complications arise when the leader of the group insists he is going to give up pop music and wants to marry Sally.
