Although there is no month given in the indicia, the last 3 digits of the cover code (12-150-710) indicate a cover date of [196]7-10, i.e. October 1967.
This movie was supposedly released in U.S. theaters in February 1968, however there is a large amount of conflicting information about this date. Warner Brothers registered the movie with a February 1, 1967 copyright date, but the copyright office "corrected" it to 1968. According to imdb.com, the movie was shown in the U.K. in August 1967. This, combined with the October 1967 cover date, suggests that Warner Brothers' date of February 1967 was correct. Therefore, Dell's adaptation was probably published sometime in February 1967.
