Retelling of Avengers (Marvel, 1963 series) #16 with many new scenes. This story contains numerous continuity errors, such as: Pym and Van Dyne's dual identities being treated as public at a time when they were still secret; Magneto menacing Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch at a time when he had been imprisoned by the Stranger, the entire reason the siblings were able to join the Avengers; and on the last page an image of Avengers who would join the team in the years which followed includes Daredevil, who at the time of publication had never been an Avenger (he did join in 2011).
