| Notes | Massive, well-written and stunningly drawn manga SF epic; the U.S. repackaging adds dazzling color by Steve Oliff (Otomo's own choice). Despite moving slowly for most of Act II (which starts in issue 17), it's much superior to the movie, IMO. |
