Synopsis |
|
Geppetto wishes his puppet was a real boy. The "Wishing Star Fairy" grants his wish. On his way to school, Pinocchio is tricked by J. Worthington Foulfellow and Gideon into joining Stromboli's puppet show. The fairy rescues Pinocchio, but Foulfellow talks Pinocchio into taking a trip to Pleasure Island with other boys. At Pleasure Island the boys are turned into donkeys for the mines. Jiminy helps Pinocchio off the island before he is completely changed into a donkey, but he ends up with donkey ears and a tail. Jiminy and Pinocchio then find Geppetto in the belly of Monstro the whale and Pinocchio must prove his courage by helping Geppetto reach shore safely. |
