Synopsis When Terry must save a team of specialists sent to the scene of a chemical spill, he encounters Derek Powers, now calling himself Blight, who makes off with radioactive Yostrium. Connecting this theft to an earlier theft of Xanthalium, Bruce theorizes that Blight is collecting chemicals for a powerful weapon. The final necessary chemical, Zeliconium, can only be found in Bludhaven, which has been cordoned off for years. Using secret tunnels under Bludhaven, Terry enters the plant and finds Blight about to steal the Zeliconium. Terry renders the chemical inert, but fails to capture Blight.
