Jeb Daws is looking to run for mayor in a small town to restore democratic processes. The current corrupt mayor and his cronies want to get rid of him and frame him for murder. They then testify against him in court resulting in a guilty sentence. Jeb is condemned to die by hanging the next day. Before he dies he swears he will get revenge. Later that evening, Jebs' hanging corpse is gone and people swear that they see his ghost roaming the streets at night... |
