- Hank and Marion are in love, but he’s with the District Attorney’s office and her older brother Jimmy is “mixed up in the numbers racket!” Marion asks him to help Jimmy for her sake. He refuses. Marion overhears Jimmy and his gangster friends talking about intimidating witnesses, and Jimmy has to rescue her from the other men.
