Synopsis
Compilation of daily and Sunday newspaper strips from August 10, 1948 through October [?], 1948. Pat Patton rescues Tracy from a death trap created by Heels Beals. Heels hides out in a giant advertising bottle and is trapped for two weeks. Diet Smith and Brilliant create a television burglar alarm. Big Frost infiltrates a demonstration, then kills Brilliant, forcing the resignation of Chief Brandon.
