Synopsis
The Cobra Island Civil War continues as Destro is now making his own assault on the island, establishing himself at the airport for his base of operations while the Joes continue aiding Serpentor's contingent, and Hawk is freed from Fred VII's contingent.

Story continued from last issue (#74) and concludes next issue (#76). No letters page this issue due to bi-weekly schedule. Of other note: Rogers drew Hawk wrong, as if he was wearing his old combat fatigues as Colonel, and coloring issues came up for the Viper troopers, whose uniforms were colored backwards (red uniforms, instead of Blue).
