Synopsis
Zartan is angry about the attack on him and threatens Cobra Commander. Savane kills the man pretending to be Zartan.

Rika and Snake Eyes train. Storm Shadow sends them on a mission to kill Zartan. While preparing, she flirts with him. On the mission, he knocks her out, steals a car, and pursues him on a plane, planting explosives.

snake Eyes sends Helix information on Zartan.

In the past, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow train. Hard Master explains to Snake Eyes how he found him.
