- Synopsis
- Mr. Weatherbee looks for an editorial to accompany Chuck's Federalist political cartoon. Later, Archie accompanies the Lodges to the theater when a fire breaks out. Noticing the teamwork of the bucket brigade, Archie makes a comparison to the states, giving Mr. Weatherbee the basis for his editorial.

- Synopsis
- Reggie steals the Convention notes, but Jughead's runaway pigs allow Archie to retrieve the papers. In September, the Constitution is finished and Mr. Weatherbee's newspaper is one of the first to publish it. Professor Flutesnoot challenges the lack of a Bill of Rights and the Lodges return to Virginia.
