Issue Notes

AARGH is "Artists Against Rampant Government Homophobia", in reaction to British Clause 28. This was a benefit book speaking out against blatant homophobia in British government under Margaret Thatcher, with profits being donated to the Organisation for Lesbian and Gay Action. Quote from the book: "The profits from A.A.R.G.H. will be given to the Organisation for Lesbian and Gay Action to be used to fight oppression. The creators, the publishers, British distributors and British retailers have donated their services free of charge."
